At ClayBag, our Small Batch Revolution relies on extreme attention to detail. However, if a product does not meet the specified architectural criteria, here is our policy on returns and refunds.
Customized Merchandise
Since personalized and customized merchandise is manufactured specifically for your brand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they fall under the following conditions:
- The product is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The delivered product significantly differs from the digital proof approved by you.
Reporting an Issue
If you encounter an issue, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email talk2us@claybag.com with your Order ID and photographic evidence of the defect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. In certain cases, we may offer Clay Coins or store credit as an alternative resolution.
